Notes entrusted to the dispatch desk
Information for visitors to korimava.website. If something is unclear, send a dispatch note.
01 / The note you send
The dispatch form collects your name, reply email, selected subject and message, with permission to store them. A successful submission creates a reference and receipt time alongside that information. It does not create a game account or mailing-list subscription.
02 / The reason for keeping it
Your note is recorded so an authorised site administrator can review and handle the enquiry, a correction or a request about an earlier note. Include only the context needed to explain the issue. Game questions do not need passwords, identity documents or payment details.
03 / What the game sends
The boat position, energy, lamp states, training steps and route-inspector choices stay in the open page. They are not submitted to the dispatch desk. The site does not create a score profile or publish your play history.
04 / Operational records
The form keeps a separate rate-limit record based on a hash derived from the network address and the site path. This helps limit rapid repeated submissions. The raw address is not included in the dispatch note record. The hosting system may separately retain ordinary access and error logs.
05 / Reviewing a previous note
Use the correction or privacy subject on the contact page to request access, a correction or removal of information you sent. Include the reference where possible. Enough context may be needed to find the right record; please do not send additional sensitive information unnecessarily.
06 / Keeping records proportionately
Correspondence should be retained while needed to handle the enquiry and related administration. This website does not claim an automatic deletion schedule. If you want a particular note reviewed for deletion, contact the dispatch desk.
